Like most of you, I have a draw full of holsters, about half of which I don't use. This CYA Path stands out. Five stars for all the catagories below, but some are mentionable.
The material: Boltaron, which is stiffer than the similar Kydex holsters I have, meaning it won't compress under a gunbelt and restrict draw or reholstering. Adjustability: one of the reasons I bought the Path. Depending on gun size, optic or not, etc., you can adjust it to fits your body, belt and optics as to height over beltline, claw position, cant. Retention: solid click, ease of draw with tight belt, despite the fact that holding it in your hand upside down with gun inside, the gun will not come out with vertical snapping of your wrist. Value: you get all this for less than the price of other off-the-rack custom holsters, and I have many of them.
Note that there are no fancy camo patterns, but this in inside your pants, no one will see the camo. Something not mentioned: mag release coverage. I've heard and read about accidental mag release from holsters without coverage, when getting in and out of cars, bumping into objects while running or grappling, etc. Look to see how many of your holsters have this.
Customer service is excellent.
