It can be worn cross draw, appendix, strong side, or all the way to small of back. It fully protects the trigger and mag release for ultimate safety.
If you have a Beretta APX A1 Full Size with optics or red dot, we have you covered with our optics ready cut. The optics cut is compatible with or without optics, so if you plan to add one later, getting the optics cut now is a good idea.

Perfect fit, finish, build, retention, design, and attention to detail that is second to none. I would highly recommend this holster, that is half the price I would have otherwise easily paid for this. AND it fully covers the mag release. Does yours? I highly recommend, in all respects. The holster itself is well made, comfortable, and easily adjustable retention. I just do not like the standard belt/waistband clip it comes with and will have to replace it with sturdier clip.

Over 2 years ago I purchased a CYA holster for my hellcat micro and was impressed with it. Unfortunately I made the mistake of buying a "We the people" paddle holster for my beretta apx full size and had major retention issues that I fixed by modification. However I realized I did want an iwb option so I went back to CYA and once again, they didn't disappoint! Absolutely outstanding and comfortable!
