    Service above and beyond

    I contacted CYA several days after I ordered my holster for a Smith and Wesson M & P, Shield, EZ , 9mm, ported, Performance Center model. I had only recently ordered it and will not actually receive it for another 10 days (thanks to a ridiculous waiting period in WA state.) I had concerns regarding fit due to the HiViz sights. I was contacted immediately by a rep who noted the problem would be the longer ported barrel. They had already mailed out the standard model, but they would create the right one and send it out and include a return envelope. They did so quickly, and I returned the original item. Unfortunately, I will not be able to utilize/test it until I receive my pistol from the dealer. However, the holster appears very strong and is very attractive. I will post again once I can put the 2 together and assess comfort, fit, etc. For now, I will give 5 stars to each question in order to submit this review. I offered to pay for any additional charges, or the shipping, but they did not charge me another cent! So far, an exceptional experience with CYA.

    Excellent product

    Fits S&W M&P Shield EZ 9mm perfectly. Comfortable to wear, clip is strong, snaps tight, covers mag button and safety. I looked at a lot of them before purchasing because I only wanted to buy one. Very happy with the purchase and would definitely buy again.

    A nice touch!

    I didn't order thru the actual website instead I ordered from Amazon and it came packaged different than my husband’s who ordered his thru the website. I really thought it was a nice touch because you knew it came from where you ordered it. Overall I really like the positive click feature and would recommend! Very Happy so Far!

    Outstanding!

    Well made, formed beautifully to my specific handgun, locks in place with a reassuring click - retention settings are adjustable but no need to do so. Other holster companies show the 9mm Luger EZ and the 380 ACP Z being the same but they are not! The 9mm is a little bigger and this holster fits great. Fast shipping. Very happy!

    Love this holster

    Fast shipping, quality product, fair price. Just got a green laser for my weapon, so now I'm hoping to get another holster to fit the handgun with the laser on it as well!
